After a workoutcomplete of the last #FBMass workout on Saturday I decided to add #FBstrong right away.
This meant yesterday evening day one, this morning day 2. I can tell you I‘m sore - even after completing FBmass. I thought I was kind of used to strength training MOL. Maybe I should lower the weights, FBmass was more like 8 repetitions per round ...
At the moment from the structure it looks like it resembles #FBMass - monday lower body, tuesday upper body, wednesday core... Well I’m curious how it continues 😄
How do you handle it, do you add more rest days after completing a program before starting a new one?
