FB Sweat Week 1 #workoutcomplete

Week one is done! Although I think I lost the other 3 in the group 🤔 Oh well, we all know how life happens. Hopefully everyone is doing well.

Today's routine was from Kelli's 3 day flexibility challenge. Part of not being on social media, and repeating programs is that you can miss out on new challenges and routines. I am loving this 3 day flexibility series - so good.

It's finally becoming fall in the Mid-West. Perfect time to hike - no bugs! We are hiking through a wetland swamp this afternoon that uses a boardwalk as the trail. Very beautiful!
