What is everyone's thoughts on amounts of protein?
Do you feel the amount you eat has made a huge difference in your muscle development?
I know how much I'm supposed to eat and I do have protein in every meal. I know it's important but if you don't reach your daily goal--do you think it'll affect muscle growth/development?
Sometimes I end up cutting out certain meal options (like not having oatmeal so I can have egg whites) to eat a more protein dense meal but I wonder if it's necessary...Do I NEED the suggested amount? If I don't eat suggested amount will I be hurting my progress?
