I thought I’ve been doing well with fitness blender - I’ve slowly but surely lost weight and inches. However I’ve just been to Disneyworld for 3 weeks, although I’ve been eating bigger portions than usual, I haven’t been snacking in between meals, and I’ve managed to noticeably lose weight instead of putting it on. (I guess I should live in Disneyworld and then I might reach my fitness goal! Haha)
I went to the gym most mornings and used heavier weights than I do at home, and I’ve obviously done a LOT of steps throughout the parks. But will anyone know which has the most impact? I don’t know whether to buy heavier weights and carry on with my programs or if this will even make a difference with weight loss? Or now I’m home do a proper healthy diet and hoping this will help. I go to Mexico in May and would really like to see some changes by the time I get there
