Got in a great kickboxing and upper body strength session with Kelli today! Feeling really good now despite feeling quite blah, bloated, and unmotivated before tackling this one!

Having finished FB Flex a weekish ago, I found this workout to be EASY! Think it's time to move up to a heavier set of weights YAY!!
