I am needing support from you guys...I started my FB SWEAT and only did 2 days. I don't feel like doing todays because I feel like poo. I don't know what the deal is.. However, I get some exercise in during the week, but I always make myself feel bad if I don't do the workout as planned. I am my own worst critic...Anyone else get no-workout guilt?
