FB Sweat Day 5 #workoutcomplete

Lower body day 5 is done! Nothing but stretching left for tomorrow. I liked this combo of lower body strength and HIT - the Bulgarian Split Lunges were a "fun" departure from the usual moves.

I will not be doing the extra credit. With 4 dogs and a son who likes to walk; plus a house with 4 flights of stairs - I'm all good with the lower body :)
