I've watched it fast forward yesterday evening, as I mostly do it the day before, and I just went through the video again. Mostly this gives me enough motivation but this afternoon right now it doesn't seem to help to get myself off the couch. 🙄😭😂
Instead I'm reading your posts and comments here, haha. But I want to have it done in like an hour and have a meal with my WOC (workout complete) then.
