Day 3 is done ladies :) I had to do an extra bit of a warm up/cool down because my hamstrings are TIGHT!
Today's cardio/core workout went well enough; got good and sweaty. Though I'm not even close to being strong enough to do a full side plank dip. I'll keep trying though, it'll probably take another few years like the front facing plank dip did 😂
No time for extra credit today.
