Hi all! I looooove fitness blender videos, but have not started a full program yet! Which is your favorites and most effective?! I love HIIT and strength training. My goal is to shed around 10 lbs and I like doing level 4 videos.
There are so many programs to choose from and I’m not sure if maybe the second rounds are better/more effective than the first rounds?!
