Team FB Sweat Day 2 #workoutcomplete

Whew, day 2 was no joke! Were you guys sore after yesterday? I had that all over body soreness, the good kind.

Because I really want to focus on building and maintaining muscle, I started a weight journal. Daniel's routine today was a good start for that purpose. Does anyone else do a journal, or am I exceptionally nerdy? I am hoping it will help break up the autopilot I've been cruising on lately with regards to weightlifting. Plus, it will be fun to see the gains I will hopefully make along the way.

I was able to get the extra credit done. Man, that 12 minutes packs a punch! And, I'm so excited to say that today was the first time I have ever been able to do the Upward Facing Plank + Lifts + Dip. In all the times/years I have done this routine, I've always had to do it with a bent knee. Not today! Of course, I could only hold it for 40 of the 50 seconds before bending my knee, but who cares!
