I’m really struggling right now staying focused on eating right. I don’t want to diet, I don’t want to count calories, I just want to live but it’s so hard to stay on track. I would have never thought that working out was the easy part of getting healthy but it is. Eating is the hard part. What helped you get back on/stay on track?
