Day One Complete

After last week’s 5 Day Strong & Lean Challenge that was ^60 min per day, today’s start to FB Strong seemed downright manageable...at just over 40 minutes.

I mean, I still sweated all over the place and almost fell over a few times, but what am I supposed to do with those extra 20 minutes?

And before some comedian starts in on anything about “extra credit” ... that ain’t happening.
