Hey, just using this as a log to document my thoughts, feelings and progress. I just purchased the 4 Week Low Impact Fat Loss Program.
I need to lose about 50-60 pounds and haven’t been fitness level active for years. I figured this program would be a good re-introduction for me.
I plan to do it in the mornings, I generally get up at around 6am. So getting up an hour earlier shouldn’t be an issue. At least I hope not! Lol.
I’m going to post my stats here so I don’t need to go anywhere else to refer if I need to.
