Had a hard time showing up for myself this morning, but I did it, finally! Day 8 of the Low Impact program! HIIT and strength. I'm still waiting on my new dumbbells, but I worked up a sweat with body weight only, so I wasn't disappointed!
After a lite lunch, I packed the radio flyer wagon with a box of ice and we headed down town (1 mile walk) to a health food store. Restocked my almond supply and picked up some almond milk ice cream. Stopped .5 miles back at a second store to grab fresh fruits, veggies, and almond milk, and back home! I'm beat, but I feel pretty accomplished.
