Fb30 day 18 complete

This is one of my favorites - also I’m trying my to make a conscious effort to use as much weight as possible!

Sometimes I get in such a routine with my workouts that I just lift what I’m used to, rather than what is challenging for me currently, just on autopilot I guess.

Went up a weight in each excercise except reverse flies (weak as anything with those šŸ˜‚) and I REALLY felt it, had no guilt whatsoever about skipping the extra credit!!!
