I finished #FBStrong! I think this is my favourite program I have done so far. Strength training seems to push me so well. I challenge myself so much more than cardio and I look forward to it!!
I can absolutely see the changes already. Starting to see some definition In my back I think :) My next set of before and after are going to have to be flex pictures as I’m sure I’m gonna see some better difference in that sense.
It took me 6 weeks to complete this program instead of 4 because of travel and skipped workouts on some days where I had sports and a very active day.
Love getting stronger. I’m starting back to work on Tuesday (teacher) and there is a gym at work so I am looking forward to using some heavier weights for some excercises (I have the 24lbs powerblocks ar home).
