Hey guys, I'm slightly concerned with my fitness regime and was wondering if any of you could relate or provide some insight.
I've been working out consistently for almost 8 months and have really began to enjoy exercise. However, over the past few weeks I've been finding it very difficult to show up to workouts and have skipped several days.
Unfortunately, I often feel some sense of guilt when I don't complete a workout and thus, my workout usually dictates my mood for the day. I'm concerned about developing a negative relationship with exercise so any advice would be very much appreciated!
