I originally was thinking of doing FB Abs again in September, but wondering now about FB Fit. I like to workout for about an hour a day, five days pretty intense, one day walking and yoga, and one real rest day.
My issue is, I can't handle a lot of HIIT. I have joint issues that keep me from doing hit more than like 2x a week and most of the time I don't even do that much. Its funny I can do Zumba fine on my joints, I can run, but something about HIIT just messes with an old shoulder and ankle injury. I've tested and found I can do 15 minutes a day four days a week but that's really about my limit.
My question is, would FB FIT be out of the question with those limitations?
