FB Strong Day 3

Hiya Lovelies,

Just started FB Strong after 2 rounds of Burn Round 2, really enjoying it so far :)

I added a 20 min Hiit, with Warm up & Cool down, to the Core Strength Workout today.

Did any one else who has completed this programme add any Hiit or Cardio workouts, feel I might miss it abit lol :)

Re-fueled with a bowl of porridge with Apple, peanut butter, chia seeds & almond milk. Going to try a red lentil & cauliflower dhal from Deliciously Ellas cookbook tonight. Hope you all have a lovely day. Take care x
