Subbed out the scheduled lower body workout because the last time I did it I damaged my back (probably down to bad form and too much weight) so I've avoided it ever since!
Used weights for the body weight workout instead, it was pretty brutal as I did the Hiit workout first 😂😂 probably should have done it the other way around!
