1000 calorie #WorkoutCompleteForK&D!

I did it!! I was so nervous, but I just figured I could always stop if I couldn't continue. Well, as most of you said, it went by so fast and was designed to be really fun and engaging, so I made it to the end!

Although I have to admit the core section was mainly me flopping around making sweat puddles on my mat...

I don't wear a shirt while working out, so for my picture I did a happy dance/jump instead, inspired by #AndrewComplete! (And yes, after that my legs were like, "What do you think you are doing? Stop.")
