I'm needing a bit of motivation and advice... Don't know what I'm doing wrong.
I am a newbie to FB and am actually pleased with myself as I have been doing some sort of FB workouts, 6 days a week, for no less than 40 min a day. I'm on my 4th week now. I am currently doing the FBSweat program, as well as stretching and flexibility.... Not on all days, just when I have the energy.
So let me share some facts.
I have never been on a diet, but I decided that this year I wanted to lose weight, 5 kgs.
I decided to eat healthy, in all fairness I have always eaten healthy but this time I'm determined, lots of veggies, fruit, lean meat like fish etc.
My kcal intake per day, should apparently be about 1300, I try, but I'm not getting consumed with counting calories.
My height is 155 meters and weight is 55 kgs (I think that's about 121 lbs)
As said all I wanted was to get 5kgs less.
I know that the scale is not our friend but today I decided to check and see if all my hard work and sweat were paying off.... And I actually picked up 1 kg? What??!!!!
So any advice on why this has happened or what I should do to actually lose weight? Really don't know what I'm doing wrong, so frustrating.
