not a flat back while doing a bend forward exercise
I did the "Standing Abdominal Workout - 34 Minute Cardio & Core" and I noticed that when I bend forward ( like in Bent Over Torso Rotations) my back isn't as flat as hers and mine is a bit curvy.
Am I doing it wrong or is it because I'm a beginner?
