Hi everyone,

I've used fb and done a few workouts and I saw results I began to like working out then it happened . My family forced me to join a gym so it's my 2nd week they got a trainer for me and I'm so unmotivated. I don't like going at all I hate it. I already paid for the month so I'm patiently going until the month is over. When I ask the trainer if my leg is suppose to get stiff (like a bad cramp and your calf just locks ) he says "yes that's what we want pain it will stop" like seriously that's what you tell a beginner to gym. My legs feel like jello afterwards. And he don't offer advice on what I should be eating. He just looks like seriously that's what you're eating and don't say anything after that . I think tomorrow I'm definitely doing to tell him I don't want to be here. Anyone has any advice or contribution or anything at all because I can really need the help? Good or bad I know it may sound as though I'm complaining maybe I am venting a bit I do apologize and thank you.
