Hello, my name is Pindakaas and I'm new to Fitness Blender. I've started working out just two weeks ago, to get more exersise, to combat depression and hopefully to gain some weight because I've been a very skinny guy all my life.
Is it good and healthy to do daily workouts as I do? I figured that when I do the lower body workout, my upper body muscles get some rest. Is that enough? Anyway, it doesn't feel bad. I feel just a bit sore, but not as much as the first week.
Newbie daily workout question
Hello, my name is Pindakaas and I'm new to Fitness Blender. I've started working out just two weeks ago, to get more exersise, to combat depression and hopefully to gain some weight because I've been a very skinny guy all my life.
For the past two weeks I've been working out every day, alternating these two: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/no-equipment-upper-body-workout-with-warm-up-and-cool-down and https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/quick-leg-burn-beginner-to-advanced-lower-body-workout-routine. Also I go hiking almost every day for at least an hour. I already ate very healthy and I started eating more because I'm just on the safe side of underweight according to my doctor.
Is it good and healthy to do daily workouts as I do? I figured that when I do the lower body workout, my upper body muscles get some rest. Is that enough? Anyway, it doesn't feel bad. I feel just a bit sore, but not as much as the first week.
Thanks for any advice! :-)
