So I gave myself a challange for August to workout six days a week (one is streching), no exuces (probably wrote that one wrong lol).
Did really well so far, but today I had a really bad lack of motivation.
I haven't been eating great and I just felt bloated and fat and tired and almost didn't do my workout. Somehow I got myself to do it but since I was feeling really sluggish I decided to do it low impact (day 4 of the strong and lean challange). I was always jealous of the people that actually are much more energized after working out, cause I'm just mostly tired, but about 15 minutes into the workouts I felt myself getting more energized and finished the rest of the workout high impact.
Also, I really feel my stamina improving, especially during this half-month so far, and also can see some muscle toning in my lower body, which is really rare.
Just thought I'd share, maybe it will motivatr someone☺
