Your opinion - how unhealthy/healthy is this plate?
Today I was running around all over the city by foot to solve bureaucracy regarding my upcoming intercontinental relocation at the end of September. After half day my recent metabolically boosted hunger pangs kicked off and I was dying! I started to look for food and I had 3 options:
1. Mcdonlads - NO WAY!
2. French baguette sandwich - boring and too much bread for my taste
3. Asian plate buffet - at least I can see the slightly cooked colorful real vegetables!
So obviously I went for 3rd option. The veggies were amazing, half cooked, exactly the way like. Bad side was that it was a bit oily, plus I had to avoid those yummy deep fried spring rolls. Also I couldn't understand if portion wise it was ok, I was too hungry!
So what's your opinion? Is it unhealthy? Moderately healthy? Is the portion too much? Whatever comes to your mind!
