weekend of semi-binge eating, and encouragement needed.
So this is the beginning of week 4 of healthy eating and exercising for me. I'm mostly eating healthy and just trying to focus on making healthy choices and not being on a "diet" I want this to be permanent. Anyways I went a little overboard this weekend munching on Chips & Cheese-its more than I should have, eating some pizza for dinner Saturday night, and then having a ton of rice with dinner on Sunday night, I know it probably doesn't sound that horrific but I'm feeling way more guilty about it than I should, and just could use some tips on how to just let it go, and just get back in the swing of things. Im caught in this illogical loop of "well if i ate shitty all weekend then why bother exercising, i probably gained back at least a pound." which I acknowledge isn't a healthy mindset and makes no sense but I'm having a hard time moving on.
