The hill in this picture has been part of my daily walk since we got Remy almost 4 years ago. Then we adopted Tessa two years ago, and before Remy recently hurt her leg and has been required to limit her walks, I would walk this hill 2-3 times every day. But, only since starting my first fitness blender program 3 weeks ago have I been able to climb this hill, even with Tessa who speed marches through her whole walk, without pause and without being winded at the top. Even on an 85 degree, humid day like today when my legs are still sore from that crazy 1000 calorie workout Friday night. All this to say it is already evident how doing FB routines regularly has improved my cardiovascular health. I think that's pretty cool!😊
