My entire body is sooo tired, especially my legs. So thankful for my roommates who are on their way to get some Chinese takeout right now. :P
I took additional breaks after every HIIT group (because HIIT just kills me) and I didn't lift nearly as much as I do usually but that's perfectly fine because I wore myself out anyway!
