Being away from my "home gym" for more than 3 days is not good for me; it becomes more difficult to get back in the game, and "the blues" hover closer as each day without exercise goes by.
Next Monday I resume the Abs2 program with week 2, so I thought I would do some sort of w/o today. And to make sure I would feel really accomplished, I chose a lower body w/o (not my favourite, as you know).
