Office lunch: starting the new week with clean eating!
That was my lunch: Brussels sprouts, tofu, pickled cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and tomato sauce to go. Around 250 calories. I had several snacks before, so my total intake so far is 820 calories. Aiming to keep under my goal of 1600 calories per day and no cheats! 😁
