Hope you've all had a lovely day :)

Im currently in my second round of Burn Round 2, really like this programme :)

Monday's workout was Upper Body descending reps & Blogilates Shoulder & Tricep Isolation Workouts a little later.

Tuesday workout was 20 min Butt & Thigh Pilates. Burn out Butt & Thigh Hiit & Strength with my 7 year old before lunch, he said the double pulse star jumps were really fun :) & 15 min extra credit Hiit in the evening.

Active Rest today, 10 min Cardio & Abs & 15 min Abs Workout this morning & will do stretching this evening.

Breakfast was over-night oats with soya yoghurt, almond milk, cacao nibs, chia seeds & banana. Lemon Acv water.

Snack was tbsp hummus & broccoli.

Quinoa, kidney beans, mushroom & 2 tbsp almonds. 2 tbsp hummus & carrot for lunch.

Peanut butter, apple & w/m pitta for a snack.

Dinner was squash, edamame, avocado, cauliflower, sweet corn & spinach.

Melon & w/m pitta with peanut butter in evening.
