I just got back from a long, super fun, super active vacation. I wasn’t doing my usual FB workouts because I really didn’t need to and I really didn’t have much indoor time anyway.

Yesterday on my flight home the thought actually passed through my mind: I can’t wait to see Daniel and Kelli again.

I had such a wonderful time on my outdoor adventures connecting with friends and family, but I was glad to feel that I was really looking forward to my old home-gym routine :)

I hope everyone else out there is having a great summer with great food and great friends and great fun too!!
