Would like to lose some weight and was wondering if doing Hiit everyday, 6 days a week, was advisable or if I should cut it down to 4 days a week and do some stretching, yoga exercises on the remaining days?
I understand that your muscles and body need to rest, especially after a Hiit session hence why I mention yoga etc.
