B12 Vitamin

Hiya,

I am trying to go Vegan to the best of my ability, I've been vegetarian for years but been trying to make the change slowly.

I was wondering if a B12 supplement was necessary or if adding more fortified foods such as nutritional yeast & almond milk would be ok? Curious to know anyone's personal experience :)
