Due to underlying respiratory issues, I really should avoid HIIT so that I do not have a medical crisis. My question is this: I want to do another program after I finish FB low impact, but notice that most of the programs are based around HIIT; would repeatedly pressing pause be advised? As in, cthe workout itself would still be worth it?
