At 5’2”, I am grossly obese. Some of this has been due to steroids for chronic lung issues, though most of this has been at my own doing, eating due to stress and a rollercoaster of emotions, and a sedentary lifestyle.
I started Fitness Blender’s low impact program a few days ago on August 1, 2018, incorporating healthier eating habits. While I am only a few days into this lifestyle change, I already feel a difference!
(note: today was not the best in terms of food choices; will start again tomorrow).
First, and foremost, I have more energy and am sleeping as I should (a solid 8 hours). Second, I have a great soreness from these exercises (I push myself, though not to the point of injury). Third, I actually feel changes to my core (I can hold in my core while still being able to breathe). And fourth, I have support from individuals I have never even met (thank you fellow Blenders).
I am so looking forward to what the future holds with this lifestyle change!
