Day 10 of FB Burn Round 2, Total Body Hiit & Core & 10 min Butt & Thigh Workout after breakfast today. Tried my best with seal push ups and modified lizard hops by jumping each foot to meet my hand. Added in Yoga with Kassandra 40 min Yoga for Flexibility this afternoon.
Breakfast was over-night oats with frozen blueberries, soya yoghurt & ground chia. Lemon Acv water & coffee.
Tbsp peanut butter & banana after Workout.
Tofu, kidney beans, quinoa, spiraluzed courgette & tomato sauce for lunch with 20g 70% dark chocolate.

Kidney beans, baked sweet potato, broccoli, cauliflower, handful spinach & 3 tbsp hummus for dinner.
Soya yoghurt, apple & tbsp peanut butter for pudding.
Also has 2 cups lemon green tea with some grapes & 20g 70% dark chocolate in the evening.
