of being free from tricholtillomania (hair pulling)! 🎉
This will always be an issue for me, though I have found a way to manage; a healthy diet and exercise, along with a good night’s sleep.
My hair is slowly growing back, though, IMO, looks fairly good.
My hair pulling went out of control during my mother’s illness, and after her death (she passed away from terminal cancer on January 23, 2018). I am an only child. And my father has had his own cancer battle.
Now I have to work on my body image (negative more than positive, though getting better). Anxiety and depression don’t help.
All of this to say yay! Only a month thus far, but I’ll take it 😁
