Hello guys! I’m struggling with my nutrition, even if I eat a whole food based diet and healthy 90% of the time, I think I eat too many fats without purpose.
Some days I’m particularly hungry as well and I probably eat too many calories. I’m just wondering if you count your calories or not and what you think about intuitive eating and if you have any recommendations. Thank you in advance!
