Daily Check-in

Hey, hope everyone has had a lovely day & enjoyed their workout or rest day :)

Completed Day 8 of FB Burn Round 2, Hiit Cardio & Butt & Thigh WO & 10 min Abs. I also added Blogilates Under Butt Isolation & 8 min Bikini Thighs this evening as I love Pilates :).

Lemon acv water & coffee before workout.

Breakfast was blueberry over-night oats (1/2 cup yoghurt, 1/2 cup oats, tbsp chia & cinnamon)

Tbsp peanut butter & carrot for a snack

Quinoa bowl for lunch (1/2 cup quinoa, 120g chickpeas, sweet corn, broccoli & 2 tbsp hummus)

Smoothie bowl for an afternoon snack (blackberries, cauliflower, spinach, 2 tsp cacoa & sliced banana)

My son had been asking for home-made pizza for dinner :) Small w/m pizza with smashed avocado & bean salad (edamame, peas, sauteed onion, 2 tsp olive oil & tsp Acv)

Home-made w/m bread in the evening, 1 with peanut butter, 1 with marmite & nutrition yeast as feeling hungrier today. Hopefully not too bread heavy :) Lots of water, few black coffees & green tea during the day.
