I started with 8week FB30 a few months back and saw no weight loss, just maintained same weight, fair enough I wasn't looking to lose weight and didn't change my diet a great deal (fairly healthy I like to think).
I have recently done a less intense abs and also arms workout but seeing weight loss now.
Has anyone else seen this? Wasn't expecting it but then again it is summer and that means lighter, salad type meals vs the winter /spring hot dinners. Could it just be that? Or wondering if muscle loss as the abs/arms workouts seem less intense but more strength based... I know Kelli is always saying she prefers strength for this reason.
I'm not complaining I'm losing weight, just curious.
