Healthier alternatives for those awfully sugar craving days?!

Hi everyone!

I don't take refined sugar in tea/coffee or drink soda it's been couple of years. I am already a carbohydrate lover, so I prefer to go for healthier whole grain organic options (brown rice, oats, beans, chickpeas, couscous, quinoa). But I have some days usually 2 weeks before period, when I desperately crave for sweet taste. Sometimes the need is so strong that I go for a piece of fruit pie or blueberry cake during lunch (we have an amazing multiple deserts option at workplace cafeteria, living in France is not easy!).

Anyway, for those days I am looking for healthier alternatives. Currently I am trying with dark chocolate, fruity version of Greek yogurt (I usually go for 0 sugar plain ones), dried figs/dates.

Anything else you wanna suggest? Thanks!

P.S. Trying to manage 3-4 days of workout/week. I have to shed some extra kilos I gained last 6 months. Progress is slow but I just keep swimming! :)
