I do workout with fitnessblender . They are generally hiit+strenght but not very long. 30-40 minutes and 3 days in a week. Also I'm walking 2 days in a week.I'm working 5 in a week and 1 month later ı will start a program about ISO. So ı will have to go out 7 days a week :( I wonder about gaining weight without walking. How can I reduce my workout routine ?
