I never used to crave sweets until I started college (late nights/early mornings spent studying). Now that I have graduated, (as of December 2017), I still crave sugar.
I should add that I used to be a healthy eater with daily exercise for a long time.
I started to make poor eating choices while my mother went through her horrific battle with metastatic cancer. She passed away January 23, 2018. Now, 6 months later, I am determined to be the healthiest me I can be! However, these sugar cravings are hard to break! I don’t crave salt, butter, etc., but sugar just calls to me.
Substitute for sugar cravings?
