Woohoo!!! Did it!!! Not full impact but all the way done ! I only thought about quitting like twice and begged for a break couple of times! It worked better for me than the 4mil subscribers.. I think the 4 mil gets back to hiit after the strength and I m pretty dead for hiit at that point... this one had better structure for me. I'm not used to long workouts.
I was happy to find some moves I haven't encountered in other videos!
I'm so happy I did this... happier than when I ate that chocolate mousse earlier- definitely not worth it! At least I took back the calories !
I hope I will be fully recovered on Monday, cause tomorrow I doubt I will be able to move :)
