Black coffee & Acv water before workout this morning, Day 5 Burn Round 2, 10 min Fat Burning Hiit Cardio & Burn-out Butt & Thigh Workout. Added 20 min No equipment Butt & Thigh Workout with a resistant band this evening.
Breakfast was blueberry over-night oats (1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup no sugar soya yoghurt, tbsp flax & tsp cinnamon) & 10g 70% dark chocolate.
Apple as a snack.
Lunch was 2 tbsp hummus, roast cauliflower & asparagus. W/m pitta & 1/2 can smashed chickpeas.

Snack was banana nice cream (banana, tbsp peanut butter & tsp chia)
Dinner was 1/2 cup quinoa with edamame, 1/2 avocado, courgetti, roast mushroom & onion. Pepper sticks.
2 oatcakes, small apple, tbsp hummus & peanut butter in the evening.
Green tea & 10g 70% dark chocolate before bed. Lots of water & 3 black coffees during the day.
Hopefully nutrition ok today, trying to improve portion size :). Have a great evening x
