I know this subject has been talked about before, but I was wondering if it’s safe/ok/good to do core focused work during your period. I can workout just fine during my period, but I just had this thought of if it’s good or bad doing more intensive, or core specific routines during your period. Does it just depend on how you feel? Sometimes I do have more back pain at times than others. I think it depends on how I’m eating/how heavy it is ect.
Anyway, I was just curious. I hope this was ok to ask, and not tmi! Thanks!
